To Update your settings:


1) Log in to your reporting dashboard, www.speak2leads.com select "Login"                  

If you don't remember your login credentials, please send an email to customersuccess@speak2leads.com


2) Select "Settings" from the drop down menu in the top left corner.



3) To create a new routing schedule, select the settings you wish and click "Save." You will see your new routing schedule saved on the lower section of your settings page.



4) To edit an existing routing schedule, select "Edit" next to the schedule you want to update.  Notice that the setting options for this routing schedule will populate in the upper section of your settings page, allowing you to make changes.



5) Once you've changed your settings, click "Save". You will see your routing schedule updated in the lower section of the your settings page.
