There are two options available to ensure that your leads are called during normal business hours in their respective timezone:


1) Route calls based on a specific field that is captured on your web form. Speak2Leads can assign a timezone to each field value that is captured.


For example, you may capture the lead's region on your web form. Speak2Leads can then assign a timezone to each region listed on your form.


              Field name = "Region"

              Field value = "Eastern"

              Timezone assigned will be EST


2) Update your S2L routing schedule hours to a time frame that would universally work for most timezones. We recommend business hours that run from 10am - 7pm Central time, which would ensure that leads in the Pacific timezone don't receive calls before 8am and leads in the Eastern timezone don't receive calls after 8pm.
