The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) message is the greeting your representatives will hear before they are prompted to connect with the lead. We can announce the following fields:

- First and Last name (Default- always announced)
- Comments
- Location
- Nature of inquiry
- Company name
- Spell lead's name
- Lead's phone number
- Lead's source
- Lead ID
- City
- Keyword
- Reattempt number

In order to announce any of these fields, the data must be captured on your webform.

As a best practice, you should try to keep the greeting as short as possible and only announce fields that are relevant and useful.
