By default, Speak2Leads has a duplicate check enabled. If an inquiry is received with the exact same phone number during the same business day, S2L will not generate a call for the additional submissions.


You have the capability to adjust our duplicate check if you'd like the system to look at a field different than a phone number. We can use the following fields to check for duplicate submissions: 


- First Name

- Last Name 

- Phone

- Email

- Primary Address


Alternatively, you can disable the duplicate check altogether.
